Refund policy

Local Orders (Within Qatar):

1. Return or Exchange Period: You may return or exchange your purchase within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.

2. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact. The item should be free from any defects caused by misuse.

3. Return & Exchange Fee: If the item is free from defects, a fee of 25 Qatari Riyals (QR) will be deducted from the refund amount, or paid separately in the case of exchanges. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking.

Note: After two failed delivery attempts due to the customer the exchange order will be cancelled and the fees are non-refundable.

International Orders:

1. Return Period: The same 7-day return period applies to international orders, starting from the date of receiving your order.

2. Return Shipping: To initiate an international return, you must send the item(s) back to us using a trackable postal service. We recommend retaining proof of postage. Please contact us for return address details

3. Return Eligibility: The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact. It should be free from any defects caused by misuse.

4. Return fee: If the item is free from defects, the same 25 Qatari Riyals (QR)  fee applies to international orders. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the item is found to be damaged or defective, the customer is entitled to a free exchange or refund.

Note:

Items bought on sale or at discounted price are not legible to be refunded. Only fully priced items are legible for refunds. These notes do not apply to you if the conditions are not applicable by law.
