Shipping policy

Shipping Times:

Shipping times are only estimates, please allow an extra 2-3 working days to the initial estimate for the full shipping window.

Local delivery orders placed before 10 PM local time will be delivered next day.

Shipments could be delayed in these cases below:

- Sales periods

- Launch of Website or New Collections

- National Holidays & Bank Holidays

- Delays caused due to slow communication between the shipping company and the recipient in case any extra information are needed.

Local Delivery (Qatar):

Orders are delivered within 1-2 working days after fulfilment 

- Deliveries are done from Saturday to Thursday. Deliveries on Fridays are not possible

GCC Delivery (Qatar):

- Orders are delivered within 2-4 working days after fulfilment to KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman

Cancellation:

- Orders that are not delivered within 30 days can be cancelled and refunded upon request from the customer.

- Orders can be cancelled anytime before fulfillment. Please contact us to cancel your order.

- After two failed delivery attempts due to the customer we reserve the right to cancel the order and deduct the fees related from the refund.

Peninsuler trading L.L.C is not liable for any delays or extra charges caused by false information provided by the customer. Information such as and not limited to Customer Name, Delivery Address, and Phone number.

Please note that customs and taxes are not calculated at checkout.
